File rejected - Failed Postcode of Usual Address Check. File contains invalid postcodes.
If the File is being rejected due to invalid postcode, the exact postcode should be listed in the validation extract file, sometime even the data quality extract do not have the postcode which failed the submission. I believe its a very big problem as if are finding the invalid postcode from 90k records, its very time consuming and hectic process.

Robyn McNally AdminWhat dataset(s) are you experiencing this issue in? What error message(s) do you receive?

SabihThank you for your comment Robyn - Apologies, should have mention earlier, It's for IAPT data set and error message in validation reports says "File rejected - Failed Postcode of Usual Address Check. File contains invalid postcodes" Since it doesn't point to which record failed it, it is very difficult to figure it out. DQ report doesn't provide that information. It be great to have a rejected record ID which failed the entire submission.

Laura WinnI agree that it's tedious trying to figure this out from the validation report. I created an MS Access query to display any invalid postcode formats ahead of submitting, so I no longer have any files rejected due to this.
