Redesigning the "Check your submission report" screen to put the pertinent information first.
Give more prominence on the information we *genuinely* need about the submission without having to scroll down.
Suggested Order:
1) Status (Rejected/Processed)
2) DQ: Record Count
3) DQ: Error Count
4) DQ: Records Accepted
5) ... then everything else currently listed under "Submission Information"
