Rejected - File Already Submitted validation

I made a submission this morning of MSDS data for March 2023 which was successful. I then created a file of MSDS data for April 2023 and submitted that but forgot to change the reporting period to April 2023. As expected, this file was rejected. I then changed the reporting period to April 2023 and resubmitted the same April data file but this has been rejected with message Rejected - File Already Submitted. If i was submitting the same data file for the same reporting period i could see why this validation would apply but in this case i am not so i think this is a bug.

We raised this with the DPS Core data team as this validation is done on their end and not SDCS Cloud. They have confirmed that duplicate files are being checked for regardless of the organisation and reporting period they are submitted against, so the validation is working as intended.
